Welcome to Daily Doodies! By booking or receiving services from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure clear communication, safe service, and a clean, positive experience for everyone involved — especially your pets.
Daily Doodies provides professional pet waste removal services for residential and commercial clients in the Houston area. Services include dog waste scooping, deodorizing, disinfecting, and offsite disposal.
Customers are not required to be home during service, but unrestricted access to the yard is required (unlocked gates, safe pets, etc.).
If access is blocked, the visit is considered a missed service and may be billed in full.
Service is offered Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required for all one-time or first-time services.
The remaining balance will be charged automatically after service is completed.
For recurring service, you will be invoiced automatically after each visit and billed to the card on file.
All payments are processed securely. Invoices must be paid promptly to avoid service interruption.
Residential clients: Cancellations/reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance
Commercial clients: Cancellations/reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice
Properly rescheduled services may carry over the deposit one time only
Cancellations made with less than the required notice or after one reschedule will result in forfeiture of the deposit and require a new deposit to rebook
If our team cannot safely access your property at the scheduled time (due to locked gates, aggressive pets, etc.), the visit will be considered a missed service and billed at the full rate.
We operate in light rain but may delay or reschedule during heavy storms or hazardous conditions. You will be notified of any schedule changes due to weather, and your service will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing or decline service if the yard is excessively overgrown, hazardous, or unsanitary beyond normal scope.
All pets must be secured away from the service area during visits
Daily Doodies is not responsible for pets that escape due to open gates or incomplete fencing
We will always secure gates and access points upon leaving the property
If you're not happy with your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Daily Doodies may update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
Some services require a minimum number of scheduled visits based on the selected frequency (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or commercial). These minimums are outlined during the booking process.
By paying the required deposit, you agree to the applicable minimum service requirement. If you cancel or discontinue service before meeting the minimum, you will be charged either the one-time service rate or the total cost of the minimum required services—whichever is greater. This policy ensures route consistency and fair scheduling for all clients.
