Nope! As long as we have access to your yard or property, you don’t need to be home. Please ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured as needed.
No contracts here! All of our services are flexible — you can pause, cancel, or adjust your schedule at any time.
Yes! We never charge extra for multiple dogs. We charge based on service type, not dog count.
For one-time and first-time services, a $20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Once your service is completed, the remaining balance is charged automatically using the payment method you provided.
For recurring plans (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), you’ll be automatically billed after each visit. We’ll send you an invoice for your records, and the card on file will be charged unless other arrangements are made.
Cancellations made with proper notice (at least 24 hours for residential, 48 hours for commercial) will not be charged beyond the deposit. Late cancellations may be billed in full.
If you reschedule with proper notice — at least 24 hours for residential and 48 hours for commercial — your deposit will be carried over one time.
If you reschedule with less notice or request to reschedule more than once, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Nope! We charge by the service, not the number of pets. Whether you have one dog or five, the rate stays the same.
We offer one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and even 2x per week service options. Commercial clients may also request daily service.

We work in light rain, but for storms, flooding, or unsafe conditions, we’ll contact you to reschedule — no extra charge.

We do both! We service common areas like dog parks, trails, and relief zones — and also offer backyard cleanups in HOA neighborhoods.
Yes! We use pet-safe, eco-friendly deodorizing and disinfecting solutions designed specifically for outdoor use around animals.
For everyone’s safety, we ask that pets be kept indoors or secured away from the area being serviced. If a dog is loose and cannot be safely worked around, the visit may be skipped and billed as a missed service.
